Joining Services

Through a functional background check, we provide a summary reference checks to our clients as a value added service. We can also facilitate the joining process as per the client requirements by helping collect the relevant documents and facilitate the completion of formalities. Once the candidate joins, we conduct a feedback exercise to help the clients in improving the induction and joining process and to address any early concerns that the employee might have.
